What to Bring to Your First Visit

• A valid piece of photo ID
• Your insurance card (we bill your provider directly)
• A list of any medications you're currently taking
• Any previous dental records or X-rays if available

Insurance & Payment

We accept most major dental insurance plans and offer direct billing so you don't have to pay up front. We also accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) and Healthy Smiles Ontario. For treatments not fully covered by insurance, we offer flexible in-office payment plans.
